What this helps you do
Create a full-length or segmented previs that you can actually play.
When to use it
The previs is ready to share with a collaborator or deliver in timed segments.
Before you begin
Use the desktop app and check the edition requirement: Basic / Pro. The current published version is shown above. Confirm the selected item and playhead before changing anything. This audit does not verify a physical Windows device.
Step by step
Screenshots: Mac v1.7.0 Follow each step with the real app interface below. Select an image to enlarge the marked area.
- Review the scene, camera, characters and duration before opening Export & Deliver.
Figure 1 Choose the delivery purpose first: watch a previs, create production material, or continue editing/back up. - Choose the Video tab. Set aspect ratio, resolution and frame rate. In Basic, use full-length export at no more than 720p.
Figure 2 Aspect ratio, resolution and frame rate. Basic exports a full previs at up to 720p. - Pro can segment the video using an integer segment length from 3–30 seconds. Inspect the segment count and final segment before exporting.

Trial exports include a trial mark; valid paid entitlement follows professional-delivery rules. Muted reference tracks are excluded from output. Canceling an export must not present an incomplete video as successful.
Changes in 1.6.0
Written production documents are saved together in one ZIP. English production and camera summaries use English explanatory text while leaving user-authored names and dialogue unchanged. Numbered flat ZIP resources are internal organization; reopen the full package in the editor rather than manually changing its references.
Changes in 1.7.0
Video exports the full program by default. Expand Segment for model duration to enable integer segments of 3–30 seconds; the final segment keeps its actual duration. Include audio when the project has a valid track. Muted or explicitly disabled audio is excluded, while missing media produces an error. Storyboards & Materials retains per-shot packages, frames and written production documents; documents download in one ZIP. Project Backup preserves an editable full project bundle. Output aspect and audio choices apply to this export only. Cancellation or a save failure is not success.
Settings and edit scope
| Control or concept | Meaning and boundary |
|---|---|
| Resolution | 480/720/1080 refer to short-edge pixels. 1080 requires Pro or an active trial. |
| Segments | Continuously covers the timeline. A short final segment is retained, without padding. |
| Watermark | Basic and trial exports carry their respective marks, according to current entitlement. |
Check the result
The actual file plays with the expected duration and cuts, without an unintended black first frame or missing final segment.
Troubleshooting and recovery
A success message does not replace checking the file. Try a lower resolution for a complex scene and keep the project and exact error if encoding fails.
If the result is unexpected, stop playback, check the selected item and time, and use Undo before making another change. Keep a backup rather than repeatedly overwriting the project.
