The desktop app supports Chinese and English. Try it before purchasing. AI-provider fees are separate from the software license. Team file sharing does not include a hosted real-time collaboration service.
What does the 7-day trial include?
Claim the trial online once per device in the app. It starts when successfully claimed and requires online verification at each launch and every 5 minutes while running. Exports include a trial mark. Reinstalling does not restart it. Existing 14-day trials keep their original expiry. No automatic charges. After the trial, core editing remains free, with up to 20 objects / 3 shots and marked 720p review videos. Advanced staging, creative tools, MCP automation and professional delivery require Pro. Complete existing projects can still be opened, saved and previewed.
How are devices licensed?
Personal Pro covers one device and Team covers five. First activation requires an internet connection. The server issues a device-bound license, which can then be verified offline during its validity period. For device changes, contact the seller; clearing the local license does not release a seat.
What am I charged?
Personal Pro is US$59 for 12 months; Team is US$219 for 12 months. These are fixed USD prices, not live currency conversions. This is a one-time purchase with no automatic renewal. Review the final amount and payment terms at checkout.
Can I request a refund?
Digital license credentials are not eligible for change-of-mind refunds once sold and delivered, whether activated or not. Non-delivery, duplicate or incorrect charges, serious defects and statutory rights are handled under applicable law and payment-provider rules. Existing orders retain the terms in effect at purchase.
