Updated: October 6, 2026. For creators promoting Baimo Director on Taobao, Xiaohongshu, TikTok, Facebook, X or other agreed channels.
1. Sign in to your workspace
Select “Creator partners” in the website footer to open the recruitment and application page. Invited partners can select “Already invited? Open workspace” there.
Above the application button, open the complete agreement review draft in a separate tab without losing your form entries. Actively confirm both the program rules and use of application details. Applying is not a completed contract; contracting identities, your approved individual discount, commission and payment conditions still require confirmation after review.
- Apply with an accessible contact email (required). The profile URL is optional, and “Other” lets you enter another platform. Once approved, check your email inbox and spam folder for your private workspace invitation, then open it in the browser you plan to use.
- The invitation is filled in for you. Select “Sign in securely”.
- Return to the partner workspace in the same browser; your session lasts up to seven days.
After signing out, changing devices, clearing browser data or session expiry:
- Open the partner workspace and enter your partnership contact email.
- Select “Send sign-in email” and check your inbox and spam folder.
- Open “Open my partner workspace” in the newest email, then select “Sign in securely”. The link works once within 15 minutes. No password is needed; request another email the next time you need to sign in.
Only your latest sign-in to a workspace remains active. A successful sign-in on another device immediately revokes earlier sessions. A visible old page returns to email sign-in within about 15 seconds; hidden or sleeping pages check when reopened. Requesting an email, failed links and mail failures do not sign you out. After a successful email request, the button shows a 60-second countdown and cannot be clicked again. Reloading or switching language preserves the countdown. Up to five emails per address per hour are allowed. If an email has multiple joined workspaces, choose the corresponding name and channel code in the email.
Your original invitation is for joining for the first time and works once within seven days. Only an unaccepted expired invitation needs to be reissued by the seller. Creating a new partnership invitation revokes earlier invitations, sign-in links and sessions; accept the newest invitation before using email sign-in again. Viewing, copying or resending the same valid invitation does not revoke access. Paused partnerships and mismatched emails do not receive sign-in emails. For corrections or assistance, contact info@edria.cn.
Keep the invitation private. Customers need your public tracking link, which you copy inside the workspace. You do not need the seller’s management key, Dodo account or license-signing keys.
The official workspace launched on October 3, 2026. Use the seller’s invitation from the official website for actual partnerships. “Partner preview” appears only in the local version and opens fictional examples. A 127.0.0.1 link cannot be opened from your other computer.
2. Check your terms and share your tracking link
- Under “Overview”, find “Your tracking link” directly below the summary cards and check the customer discount and your 10% or 20% commission.
- Select “Copy tracking link” and use it in your agreed promotions, product descriptions or purchase instructions.
- “Promotion kit” uses your own partner identity automatically. Choose a publishing platform, then a theme: 12 platforms with 6 drafts each, in both Chinese and English, with suggested images. Copy includes your tracking link, selected-currency channel price and approved customer discount. Edit it before copying. Template switches keep edits in the current page; dashboard refreshes preserve edits while terms stay the same. Reopening resets drafts. Recheck the copy after changes to partner, discount or currency. Paused partners cannot generate promotional copy. Keep the affiliate disclosure, use real screenshots and do not invent personal experience or promise generated results.
Customers using your valid link see the channel offer on the purchase page. They can also enter your channel code, which takes precedence. Link attribution uses the most recent valid click within 30 days. Clearing browser data, changing devices or clicking another partner’s link can affect attribution; ask the customer to check the displayed partner before buying.
The customer discount and your commission are separate terms. The discount is not taken out of your commission.
3. Website sales are recorded automatically
All customers pay on the official website through Dodo, using your tracking link or channel code. After verification, their orders and your commissions appear under “Orders”. The official purchase and activation process delivers the software.
You see only your own records, without buyer emails or license credentials. There is no control for manually adding sales.
4. Promote on Taobao, TikTok and other platforms
Share your official tracking link or channel code in agreed content, store descriptions or customer conversations. Customers complete their purchase on the official website. The platform is for promotion and contact; website checkout handles payment and delivery. You do not collect the sale proceeds, enter sale amounts or issue licenses.
For missing orders, refunds or disputes, give the seller the website order number and supporting evidence. Verified Dodo payments determine the sale and commission.
5. When and how you receive commission
Choose CNY or USD in Commission payouts. Eligible orders have a 30-day hold, refund offsets and monthly settlement. Each currency is paid once per month without automatic conversion.
- Add your own receiving account. CNY: mainland bank card, Alipay phone/email or a WeChat ID copied from the personal profile (including wxid_ IDs, not display names). For WeChat, you can leave the ID empty if you upload a receiving QR code; provide at least one. USD: PayPal or Payoneer receiving email and the account’s registered country/region selected by name from a dropdown. This location is for seller review; the list is not a provider availability list. Bank details require card number and bank. Alipay/WeChat accept a PNG/JPEG receiving QR image up to 5MB. Larger images are processed on your device and previewed. Check that the QR is clear and complete, then select Save for review. A green confirmation means the details were submitted; the blue-gray About these details panel is guidance, and errors are red. The holder name must match the actual recipient. Check your account’s eligibility to receive this business payment.
- Wait for seller review. Fix returned details and resubmit. Edits require another review. Approved batches keep the original reviewed snapshot: immediately contact the seller if that account can no longer receive funds.
- Request the full eligible balance in the chosen currency using a reviewed account. On-hold amounts are excluded. Active requests reserve the balance and prevent duplicates. You may cancel before approval.
- Follow awaiting approval, ready for transfer, processing and payment-recorded statuses. Find past requests searches only your own request IDs, including past months; it does not search partner names. Filter by status as needed; the list shows ten requests per page. Rejections, cancellations, confirmed failures and unknown outcomes are shown separately. Unknown outcomes require resolving the original transfer before retrying; confirmed failures without debit can be requested again.
- The Payouts sidebar badge counts recorded payments awaiting your confirmation across CNY and USD. Use the CNY or USD button in the reminder to view those requests. The count decreases after confirmation; processing, unknown and failed transfers are excluded. Check your receiving account and Confirm received only after funds arrive. Details show your transfer reference, amount and notes. If funds have not arrived, give the request ID to the seller.
This is a payout request, not a withdrawal from Dodo. The seller pays separately from their own account; this website sends no money. Payer fees are additional and do not reduce the requested commission. Contact the seller about any receiving-provider charges.
Commission uses discounted sales excluding tax. For a ¥399 product with a 10% customer discount and no tax/refunds, the sale is ¥359.10 and commission is ¥35.91 at 10% or ¥71.82 at 20%. Actual verified payments determine amounts. Later refunds offset future payouts without automatic debits from your account.
This is single-level sales commission, without joining fees, inventory requirements, recruiter rewards or lifetime commissions. Product licenses last 12 months without auto-renewal; do not promise lifetime access or included third-party AI costs.
6. Common questions
- Cannot sign in / invitation invalid: Existing partners should request a new sign-in email from the workspace. Ask for a new invitation only if the first invitation expired before acceptance.
- Seller access required: Reviewing orders and recording payments are seller actions. Return to the partner workspace to view your records.
- Changed roles in another tab: Tabs share one identity, so old controls close. Use separate browsers or normal and incognito windows to try both roles.
- Order or amount looks wrong: Give the seller the order number, sale date and agreed discount and commission. Do not submit it again.
- Need a reconciliation file: Select “Orders → Export CSV”. Amount fields are in minor units; divide by 100 for CNY or USD. Verification state retains the raw order check state (verified means verified). Commission status adds On hold, Eligible, Settled, Commission reversed and Reversal to offset, using the same rules as the page. Exported at is the UTC snapshot time. Export again after the hold ends, a payment or a refund.
- Partnership paused: You can view existing orders and payment records but cannot create new channel checkouts. Reconcile outstanding items with the seller.
