BAIMO DIRECTOR / PARTNERSHIP GUIDE

Seller guide

Sign in, invite creators, verify sales and pay monthly commissions.

Open seller console ↗

Updated: October 5, 2026. For the Baimo Director seller.

1. Sign in to the seller console

Official website: Open the seller console and select “Cloudflare” on the Access login page. Sign in with the authorized Cloudflare account whose email is liu_zhongzhong@126.com. A valid existing session may take you straight in. No management key or Dodo password is required.

Local preview: Only the isolated local version offers “Seller preview”. It uses fictional records and makes no real payments.

The Cloudflare application session lasts six hours; workspace sessions never exceed the Access identity token. Baimo and Yuekanglv use separate Access applications and policies, and can be used simultaneously. Do not share your seller email or verification codes with creators.

“Sign out” ends only this workspace session. Cloudflare may reuse an active identity session when you return. Cloudflare’s global logout signs out other applications too; this workspace never triggers it.

Tabs share this system’s current role. Signing in as a partner closes seller controls in other tabs. Use “Continue with Cloudflare Access” to restore seller access. To use both roles simultaneously, use separate browsers or a normal and incognito window. Creators use a private invitation to join, then request sign-in emails with their partnership contact address.

2. Set terms and invite a creator

  1. Agree on the platform, customer discount, 10% or 20% commission, monthly payment date, payout currency and payment method. The creator submits their own receiving details in the workspace for seller review.
  2. Under “Partners”, select “Add partner”. Enter the creator’s name, platform and required contact email. The profile URL is optional; choose “Other” to enter another platform. Choose the customer discount and partner commission separately.
  3. Saving automatically emails the private workspace invitation. The dialog shows the sending status and lets you copy the link. The email includes agreed terms, the workspace entrance and the expiry date.
  4. Share the partner guide. Once signed in, the creator can copy their public tracking link.

The invitation is private access to a workspace; the tracking link is for customers. An invitation expires after seven days and works once. Both the partner list and approved applications have invitation controls. Viewing or copying an invitation does not change it. After signing out, changing devices or session expiry, creators request a new sign-in email from their workspace (single-use, 15 minutes); you do not need to reissue their invitation. Use “New invitation” only for an expired unaccepted first invitation or to reset access. It revokes previous invitations, sign-in links and sessions, and the creator must accept the newest invitation before email sign-in. “Resend invitation email” in the viewing dialog sends the same unused, unexpired link without revoking sessions.

Only the latest sign-in to each partner workspace stays active. Successful sign-in on another device ends earlier sessions; requesting an email alone does not. The send button has a 60-second countdown. Seller sessions and other partners are unaffected.

Legacy links cannot be recovered because the previous version stored only a verification digest. Generate a new invitation for those records. Used or expired links are not displayed as usable links. Correct an email under “Partners → Terms”, then generate a new invitation to send to the new address. Failed emails retry up to three attempts and can be retried or copied without creating another partner. A sending status means the email service accepted the message; check the actual inbox or spam folder. Partnership support: info@edria.cn.

Approve applications under “Applications” using “Approve with terms”. Edit existing agreements under “Partners → Terms”. Changes affect new checkouts; existing orders keep their saved terms.

3. Verify sales

All channel customers pay on the official website through Dodo. Creators promote on Taobao, TikTok and other platforms using a tracking link or channel code. Verified website payments automatically appear under “Orders” with commission; the existing purchase and desktop activation flow delivers the software.

Order CSV keeps the original verification state and adds Commission status (On hold, Eligible, Settled, Commission reversed or Reversal to offset), matching the page. Exported at records the UTC snapshot time; export again after a hold ends, payment or refund. Amount fields remain in minor units.

Neither workspace allows manually adding a sale. For a missing or incorrect order, check its Dodo payment, attribution and webhook delivery using the original order number. Verified refunds and disputes adjust the original commission.

Previously recorded manual orders remain labeled “Legacy manual record”. They can still be reviewed, rejected or adjusted for refunds to reconcile historical balances; new off-site orders cannot be added.

4. Pay creators and record actual transfer references

Review accounts under Receiving accounts, then open Commission payouts and choose CNY or USD. The individual partner-balance overview stays collapsed until needed; requests and batches remain directly visible. Dodo collects website sales; this workspace does not send affiliate commissions through Dodo.

  1. Open Receiving accounts from the sidebar. It defaults to pending accounts across currencies. Search by partner name, contact email or channel code; filter by status or method. The queue shows 10 items per page, with live pending counts. Open View & review to check the partner’s receiving details. CNY supports mainland bank cards, Alipay and WeChat; USD supports PayPal and Payoneer receiving emails. Check holder, account, named country/region and QR. WeChat accepts wxid_ IDs or a receiving QR without an ID; at least one is needed. Review is a manual check, not provider certification. Edits require a new review.
  2. Approve requests for the full eligible balance after the 30-day hold and refund offsets. The request list defaults to in-progress items, with partner/request-ID search, status filters and 10 rows per page. Switch to All records for history. The batch method and action buttons align on wide screens and stack on narrow screens. Only matching-method requests can be selected; changing the batch method clears selections. Select pending requests for the chosen method in one click, or select individually; group up to 100 with the same currency and method. Orders are reverified. Changed accounts invalidate unapproved requests; approved batches retain their reviewed account and order snapshots.
  3. Export the payment checklist. Batches default to in-progress items; search by batch ID or partner name, or filter for recorded results, cancelled items or all batches. Five batches are shown per page. Amounts are currency units, not cents. Numeric accounts are protected as text: check text markers when moving them into a payment tool. QR images remain in request details. This CSV is a generic checklist, not a certified import format for any bank, PayPal or Payoneer. Store it securely and map it to the tool’s required fields yourself.
  4. Before making transfers, click Start paying & lock batch. Orders are reverified again; changed balances require cancelling an unpaid batch and requesting again. Locking sends no money. Pay using your own eligible bank or payment account. CNY and USD are separate; no automatic conversion. Wallet lists assist manual transfers. International batch availability depends on your provider account eligibility.
  5. Record each outcome or import the result template. paid requires the actual individual transfer reference. failed means confirmed no debit and needs a reason. unknown keeps funds reserved and needs a note. Payer fees are additional, recorded in the same currency without reducing commissions. Dodo merchant payout references are not partner transfer references.
  6. The partner checks the receiving account and confirms actual receipt. A ledger entry does not prove arrival. Recorded payments add a receipt-confirmation badge to the partner sidebar across CNY and USD. It decreases after the partner confirms receipt; this does not send money again or change the paid ledger amount.

Use the UTF-8 CSV headers request_id,result,currency,amount,reference,fee,note, at most 100 rows / 100KB. Amount and fee are currency units with up to two decimals. The import preview includes commission, individual reference, extra payer fee and notes. All rows are validated before any are recorded. If underpaid or paid in the wrong currency, retain the original reference and mark unknown until reconciled; do not force a successful record. Completed batches hide recording actions while retaining the template download. Individual references must be unique. Repeating an identical successful record does not pay or record twice.

Only unpaid, unlocked batches can be voided. Locked or unknown transfers must be reconciled first; confirm no debit before marking a failure and requesting again. Mixed successes and failures are supported. Refunds after transfer do not erase the actual payment: they offset the next payout. Each partner and currency can have one successful payout per month.

Record single payment remains for completed legacy transfers; an active request prevents bypassing the batch workflow. Normal payouts should use requests and batches. No minimum amount is imposed. Agree the monthly payment day and account eligibility; this implementation assumes payer fees are additional. No automatic transfers or exchange are connected. Test a small actual payment with your own provider before relying on overseas batch payments.

5. Understand the commission ledger

Commissions use the discounted, tax-exclusive net sale. Payment-processing fees are not deducted from the current commission base. A ¥399 product with a 10% discount costs ¥359.10; at zero tax and without refunds, 10% commission is ¥35.91 and 20% is ¥71.82. Actual taxes and refunds change the final amount.

StatusMeaning / action
Awaiting review / Needs attentionVerify payment, delivery or the exception before paying.
On holdThe verified sale has not reached 30 days.
EligibleThe hold has ended; reverify before transferring.
SettledA payment has been recorded; reconcile it against the actual transfer.
Reversal to offsetA post-payment refund or dispute reduces a future payout.
Commission reversed / RejectedThere is no payable commission for this order.

Refunds and disputes adjust commissions while preserving payment history. A negative balance does not automatically debit a partner’s account. This is a single-level sales program, without recruitment rewards, automatic repeat-purchase commissions or lifetime commissions.

6. Common issues

  • Seller access required / role mismatch: Another tab may be signed in as a partner. Restore seller access as described above. Partners cannot record payments.
  • Record payment disabled: Check the currency, hold period, eligible balance and pending or exceptional orders, then reverify.
  • Invitation invalid: Existing partners can request a sign-in email themselves. Reissue an invitation only if it expired before acceptance or their access needs resetting.
  • Online order missing: Check the customer’s tracking link or channel code and successful Dodo payment. Contact the workspace maintainer with the order number; check attribution and webhook delivery for that payment.
  • Need receiving-account details: Open Receiving accounts in the sidebar, search for the creator and review the details they submitted.
  • Remote access: Add the partner in the official seller console, then privately send their invitation. A 127.0.0.1 link works only on this computer and cannot be used for remote partnerships.

Preview promotion drafts

Under Promotion kit, sellers can choose a partner and preview 6 drafts for each of 12 text/image platforms in Chinese or English. Partners use their own identity automatically. Links, channel prices and discounts come from approved backend settings. Remind partners to review current terms before publishing. Cooperation agreement text is still a local review draft; application or invitation sign-in is not treated as formal acceptance.
